Carrie Pawley
I am a multi-passionate people leader, manager and community creator with a diagnosis of CFS/ME.
Having established a staff network to support colleagues with Energy Limiting Conditions within a large organisation, I realised the need for a similar resource for those working for SMEs.
My expertise lies in disability inclusion, workshop facilitation, leadership and business communities. I help managers to understand their legal obligations and their potential to become an inclusive leader.
I help staff and managers to create safe spaces for honest conversations, mediating and resolving conflict.
